At Pullman Sydney Airport, our meeting spaces are crafted for seamless collaboration and success. With three adaptable conference rooms that can merge into one dynamic venue for up to 300 guests, we provide the ideal setting for events and conferences of all sizes.

For more intimate gatherings, our quiet zone overlooking the Pullman lobby offers a refined space, while two executive boardrooms provide flexible options for private meetings. The Executive Lounge, an exclusive VIP area for Executive Suite guests, is also available for day meetings, offering an elevated setting for productivity and connection.

In recognition of the traditional owners of the land surrounding Botany Bay, our meeting rooms pay tribute to their heritage. Gamay (Kamay) is the name originally given to Botany Bay by its First Nations inhabitants, while Bediegal and Gweagal represent the mobs who lived in the area. We also honour the legacy of Aboriginal leaders with rooms named Burraga, Cora, and Cruwee.
