Vivid Sydney returns in 2026, transforming the city into a dynamic celebration of Light, Music, Ideas and Food across 23 unforgettable nights. From Friday 22 May to Sunday 13 June 2026, Sydney’s most iconic landmarks will come alive with large-scale light installations, immersive projections, live performances, thought-provoking talks and curated dining experiences.
Presented by Destination NSW, Vivid Sydney is the city’s largest annual festival and a highlight of the winter events calendar. Expect dazzling projections across the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, interactive light walks through the CBD and Darling Harbour, a diverse program of local and international music, and a packed schedule of talks and creative forums exploring innovation, technology and culture.
