Our all-inclusive Year 6 Formal packages take the stress out of planning. With private venue hire, child-approved catering, music, entertainment and on-site support included, your team can focus on celebrating while we manage the details.

Designed for schools seeking a professional, safe and vibrant Year 6 formal venue in Sydney, our packages include:

– 3-hour private celebration
– DJ, colourful uplighting and dance floor
– 3-hour soft drink package including soft drinks, juices and water
– Child-approved menu selections
– Dedicated event host and professional banquet team
– Black or white linen, round tables and chairs
– Table centrepieces
– In-house audiovisual including screen, lectern and microphone
– Complimentary parking for teachers (up to 10 spaces)

Packages are available Monday to Friday and can be customised to suit your school’s vision and requirements.

2 Courses – $62 per student
3 Courses – $74 per student

Entrée, main and dessert selections are designed with younger guests in mind, including favourites such as crispy chicken schnitzel, spaghetti bolognese, cheese ravioli, chocolate cake and mini pavlovas.

Dietary requirements, allergy-friendly and vegetarian options are available.

Optional Extras

Elevate the evening with additional touches available such as a red carpet arrival, photo booth, karaoke, balloon arches or even a slushie machine to add an extra layer of fun. Pricing for optional inclusions is available on request.
